A couple of days ago, The University of Saskatchewan announced that the Graduate Student Tuition Installment program that allows graduate students to pay for their tuition month-to-month in a small amount would soon be over.

A lot of international students gained from this over the years.
The positive side is that the University of Saskatchewan is one of many universities with this type of payment plan offered.
